Uplyfted guarantees that our renewed modular carpets will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.

Terms & Conditions: This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser of the products and is non-transferable. The guarantee covers defects in workmanship only and does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or any alterations made to the product. In the event of a defect, Uplyfted will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the affected products. The guarantee is limited to the cost of the products and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, such as labour costs for installation or removal. To claim under this guarantee, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and notify Uplyfted in writing within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect.
