Uplyfted guarantees that our like-new carpet tiles will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.

Terms & Conditions: This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser of the carpet tiles and is non-transferable.
The guarantee covers defects in workmanship only and does not extend to damage caused by improper installation, normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or any alterations made to the product.
In the event of a defect, Uplyfted will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the affected carpet tiles.
The guarantee is limited to the cost of the carpet tiles and does not cover any incidental or consequential damages, such as labor costs for installation or removal.
To claim under this guarantee, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and notify Uplyfted in writing within thirty (30) days of discovering the defect.
