Our reuse carpet tiles come from reputable manufacturers who provide, in general a 15-year guarantee on their products. Since these tiles have been previously used on average for 5 to 7 years, we want to ensure our customers receive the remaining equivalent years of guaranteed use, as indicated by the manufacturers.
Thus, we are pleased to offer the following Uplyfted Carpet Tiles Guarantee: We commit to covering each tile for a minimum of 8 years from the date of purchase, based on the tile’s original 15-year manufacturer guarantee, ensuring that customers receive the full benefit of the remaining guarantee period. This approach takes into consideration the average prior usage.
Coverage: This guarantee covers any material or manufacturing defects that may result in the premature wearing or damage of the carpet tiles, within the specified guarantee period.
Replacement or Repair: Should customers encounter any defects covered by this guarantee, Uplyfted will, at its sole discretion, either replace the affected carpet tiles or provide the necessary repairs free of charge.
Limitations: This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper installation not carried out by Uplyfted, misuse, neglect, excessive wear and tear, or damage caused by external factors such as water, fire, or chemicals.
Claim Process: To initiate a claim under this guarantee, please contact our customer support team with the original proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs. Our team will assess the claim and guide through the necessary steps for resolution.
Transferability: This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the carpet tiles.
Modifications: Uplyfted reserves the right to modify this guarantee without prior notice. Any changes will not affect the guarantee terms applicable at the time of your purchase.
