At Uplyfted, we believe in creating value that extends beyond the floor – we aim to create value that positively impacts people, the planet, and pockets, by offering warm and comfortable floor coverings.
We partner with leading modular carpet manufacturers to reclaim once used products, which typically have up to two-thirds of their original life left under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Once these carpets reach our facility, we meticulously clean and renew them, restoring them to as-new condition—ready to be enjoyed again.
Our Renewed Modular Carpet offers more than new flooring does—it delivers exceptional value for money. It’s:
1. More durable: 20% more than regular carpets.
2. More affordable: 14% less expensive than regular carpets.
3. Modular: Designed for easy installation, transport, storage, and maintenance.
4. Ultra low carbon: With a carbon footprint that’s 90% lower than new modular carpets.

For every square meter (m²) of new modular carpet produced, approximately 8-10 kg of CO2e is emitted. This includes emissions from raw material extraction, manufacturing, and transportation to the end user.
In contrast, Uplyfted’s Renewed Modular Carpet emits less than 1 kg of CO2e per m² on average. This significant reduction is achieved because our renewed carpets don’t require raw material extraction or re-manufacturing. The ~1 kg of CO2e comes primarily from transportation to our facilities, a minimal amount during the renewal process, and delivery to our customers.
Procure your way towards net zero by choosing ultra-low carbon products like renewed modular carpet by Uplyfted.

Modular carpets are designed for durability and built to last. In the flooring industry, durability is measured by ‘class,’ and modular carpets are rated Class 33, which means they are tested for heavy usage in commercial environments.
Uplyfted’s products are once-used modular carpets that are carefully renewed to ensure they meet high standards of quality and performance. All carpets manufactured since January 1st, 2007, are required to carry the CE mark, which signifies compliance with essential safety and performance standards, including declared fire performance, which must be maintained throughout the product’s lifespan.

The majority of Uplyfted’s renewed modular carpets come in 50×50 cm tiles. Occasionally, we offer products in a 25×100 cm size. In most cases, four tiles are needed to cover one square meter.
To calculate the quantity of carpet required, please provide the measurements (in meters) for all habitable rooms you wish to carpet, including spaces like the landing, hallway, bedrooms, living room, and dining room (excluding bathrooms and kitchen). Additionally, let us know if your property has stairs (and whether they are wood or concrete) and if there are any cupboards that need carpeting.
No need to worry about calculating a installation waste factor, we do that for you.
Please also provide details about parking for the fitters, the floor level of your property, and whether there is lift access.
Complete all these details in the form available here.
Our renewed modular carpet can be installed on any subfloor without the need for underlay. However, if your subfloor consists of floorboards, we may need to install plywood beforehand. Installation is carried out by our trusted network of install partners.
The installation is quick and efficient, typically taking just a few hours, so it won’t impact void times. For stairs, we use regular carpet to ensure a durable finish in the quickest time.
Yes, we offer both supply-only and supply & install services. Please note that our pricing is calculated per room or property, not per square meter, to ensure transparency and simplicity.
Our service includes the product, delivery, and installation (if selected), along with dedicated customer service throughout the entire process.
For occupied properties, we take care of direct communication with residents to ensure everything runs smoothly, minimizing any additional workload for the housing association.
Once an order is submitted, our lead time is typically 2-3 weeks for customers outside of a contract, such as during trial periods. However, for customers with an agreed volume of work, the lead time is reduced to 1 week, ensuring a faster turnaround.
