Social Housing Prerequisite Terms

Installation Time Allocation: We require housing associations to allocate sufficient time for installation operations, encompassing the actual installation, required rest periods, and the travel time of our installation personnel.
Advance Installation Notice: All installation work will initiate a minimum of 14 calendar days after we receive and verify/ accept a new job order. This approach guarantees ample time for meticulous preparation and superior results.
Access to Site: The Housing Provider must ensure we can access the installation site. If we can’t gain access due to wrong information or reasons beyond our control, the Housing Provider will be responsible for any extra time and costs that may be incurred.
Work Schedule Adherence: Our installation teams strictly adhere to standard working hours, operating from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Any exceptions to this schedule must be agreed upon prior to commencement.
Property Interference Restriction: Our installers may assist with moving a minimal amount of furniture when necessary for installation. However, we retain the right to decline an installation if the task requires excessive or complex furniture movement.
Health and Cleanliness Conditions: We reserve the right to refuse any installation job if the property or properties in question pose significant cleanliness issues or health hazards to our personnel.
Policy Adaptation: We hold the right to amend these terms to accommodate unique installation circumstances on a case-by-case basis. We will communicate any alterations or additions to the housing association promptly.
Penalties for Policy Breach: Any violation of these terms may result in charges to the property association, regardless of the reasons behind the breach.

Scope of Works: We are committed to executing the flooring installation with rigorous adherence to the specifications provided by the Housing Provider. However, it is imperative to note that any unanticipated circumstances or necessary adjustments/amendments arising during the installation will be the responsibility of the Housing Provider. Additional costs incurred due to these alterations, at our discretion, may be charged to the Housing Provider without the opportunity for refusal or objection to the associated costs.
